Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day.  If your purchase is a pre-order, item(s) such as apparel, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing.  Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order.  When your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation and a tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Klearwater Studio cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.  Klearwater Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.  Please check your local customs website for more information.

Damages

Klearwater Studio is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen once item(s) have shipped.  If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.  

Returns

Klearwater Studio offers store credit only.  We do not allow refunds or exchanges.  Please see our Returns/Exchanges section for more details.
